1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) set the rules for using tadlele.com and every game on it (together, “Tadlele”, “we”, “us”). By using Tadlele, with or without an account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Tadlele.

2. Who can use Tadlele
- You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
- You must give true, accurate details when you create an account and keep them up to date.
- You may hold only one account, and it is for your personal, non-commercial use.
We may ask you to confirm your age or details at any time, and we may suspend or close accounts that don't meet these rules.
3. Free play and virtual coins
- Coins are a virtual, in-game tool with no monetary value. They can't be bought, sold, transferred, gifted, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or services.
- Coin balances, XP and levels exist only for entertainment. We may reset, adjust or remove them, for example to fix errors or misuse.
- Winning coins in our games does not mean you would win at real-money gambling.
4. Your account
- You can play every game without an account. An account lets you keep a coin balance, XP, level and daily bonus.
- Keep your password private and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity on it.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from My account or by asking Player Care.
5. Fair use
When using Tadlele you agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, exploits or automated tools, or try to manipulate games, coins or XP;
- try to access other people's accounts, our server, account files or logs, or interfere with the site's security;
- copy, scrape, frame, resell or reverse-engineer our games or content;
- send abusive, unlawful or misleading messages to our team;
- use Tadlele if you are under 18 or live outside the UK.
6. Our games and content
All games, artwork, text, logos and code on Tadlele belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to play our games in your browser. All other rights are reserved.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Tadlele running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, pause or remove games or features at any time, and we may update these Terms. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If changes are significant, we'll make that clear on the site.
8. Our responsibility to you
Tadlele is provided free of charge “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for loss of virtual coins or progress, or for problems caused by your device, browser or internet connection. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, if the account holder is under 18 or outside the UK, or to protect players or the site. You can stop using Tadlele and delete your account at any time.
10. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
