1. Free play, for fun
Even when no money is involved, games should stay a fun part of your day and not take it over. We've built simple tools to help, and we're always happy to help you take a step back.
2. Tips for playing well
- Decide how long you'll play before you start, and stick to it. The session timer in the footer shows how long you've been on the site.
- Take regular breaks, and don't play when you're tired, stressed or upset.
- Keep play balanced with work, sleep, family, friends and other hobbies.
- Remember that free games aren't a guide to real-money gambling. Results in free games don't predict results anywhere else.
3. Our tools
- Take a break: ask us to pause your account for a period of your choice.
- Restrict your account: ask us to limit access to your account.
- Delete your account: do it yourself on My account, or ask us to.
Use the Player Care form (button below, or in the footer of every page) and choose the option you need. Requests about breaks and restrictions are always handled first.
4. Signs play may be becoming a problem
- Spending more time playing than you meant to, or finding it hard to stop.
- Feeling restless or irritable when you're not playing.
- Playing to escape problems or low mood.
- Hiding how much you play from people close to you.
- Being drawn towards real-money gambling, or gambling more than you can afford.
If any of these sound familiar, it's a good time to take a break and talk to someone.
5. Free, confidential support

6. Under-18s and protecting others
Tadlele is for adults aged 18 and over only. Every visitor is asked to confirm their age. If you share a device with children, consider parental controls such as those built into your browser, phone or broadband, and sign out when you've finished playing.
