- Form log: the date and time of the message and whether it was delivered, kept securely on our server.

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't ask for payment details.
3. Why we use it
We use contact form details only to read and answer your message (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We don't sell your data or use it for marketing.
4. How we keep it safe
The contact form is processed entirely on our server. Messages are sent to our team over an encrypted (TLS) connection through our email delivery provider, and form logs are stored in a folder that is blocked from web access. No personal data is ever shown on our pages.
5. Sharing
We share data only with providers that help us run the site, namely our web host and our email delivery provider, or where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Messages are kept for up to 24 months after we reply. Form logs are kept for up to 12 months.

8. Your rights
